YOUR INITIAL ENQUIRY
The first time you contact our Couture sales team
we will ask you some questions about your ideas
and aspirations for the dress and determine your
budgets and timescales. All this information will
then be passed to our design team to find you
the best fit to start your personal design journey.
DESIGN CONSULTATION
We will offer you an initial design consultation
which can take place over the phone, video messaging app such as Skype or Facetime or you
can come to our showroom to talk face to face
with your designer. At this stage we can review
any ideas you already have (you can send us
images/video clips of anything that has inspired
you from the dance world, wider fashion industry
or simply an idea you have from another source).
YOUR BESPOKE DESIGN
After the design consultation your designer will
produce a computer illustration of the dress for
your review. At this stage you will share feedback on the design so that we can reach a point
where you ‘sign off’ your design so the production can begin.
YOUR CUSTOM DRESS PATTERN
Next step is for us to obtain your measurements.
We have a detailed video guide to show you
exactly how and where to measure yourself. Our
haute
couture dress patterns are drafted from over
many different measuring points, minimising any
risk of a less than perfect fit. Measurements can
easily be done remotely; we also ask you to supply
photographs of yourself to aid the designers and
pattern cutters in verifying the measurements
provided. Customers can also come in person
to be measured if that’s an option. Rest assured
that most of our haute couture orders and measurements are handled remotely and we have an
exemplary record of executing your design to fit
like a glove without the need for a single fitting.
PRODUCTION
Your pattern will be drafted using our advanced
computer software and then fabric will be hand
cut in our London studio. Every single stage of
production is carried out in our studio by our
experienced team of in-house pattern cutters,
designers and dressmakers. We will create a
mannequin base to your exact measurements to
allow the haute couture construction techniques
such as draping and hand adjustments of seams
and decorative elements to be done with pinpoint accuracy.
EMBELLISHMENT
Once your dress construction is complete it is
handed to our team of expert embellishers to
bring your new bespoke couture to life with crystals from
Swarovski® where our dresses are world renowned for their intricate and creative crystallisation. Coupled with your selection of trimmings
from
feathers to bead droppers, fringe or lace motifs
your dress is now ready to shine!
DELIVERY
We will send your new haute couture dress complete with hanger, dress bag and spare crystal
kit to your chosen delivery address. You are now
ready to step onto the floor! We always love to
