Blackpool Dance Festival 2023. A sweetheart
bodice is adorned with lycra 3D frill detail that
flows across the bodice and over the shoulder,
embellished with Swarovski crystals in colours
fuchsia and ruby. A voluminous skirt features
pleated wine georgette over satin chiffon
with organza underskirts. A shaped overskirt
in georgette rests over the skirts trimmed with
ostrich feather fringe. 3 Handkerchief shaped
floats float from each embellished glove adding drama to this dynamic couture.
